Before an operator can list a flight, we check their air operator certificate (AOC). If they cancel, you’re entitled to a full refund from them, and we track it until it arrives.4

What is an empty leg?

A flight a private jet has to make without passengers, usually to get back to base or on to its next charter. Operators sell those flights for much less than a regular charter.

Is Valuaire a broker or an airline?

Neither. Valuaire is a marketplace app. Verified charter operators list their empty legs, you send a request, and the operator confirms. The contract and the payment are between you and the operator.

Why is it so much cheaper?

The flight happens anyway. The original charter has already paid for it, so any booking on the way back is a bonus for the operator. How much you save depends on the route and the aircraft.

When can I book?

Valuaire is in private testing. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you when early access opens for you. Inviting friends moves you up.

How do payments work?

You pay the operator directly, with the payment details they share in the app. Valuaire never holds your money or stores your card.

What if my flight is cancelled?

If the operator cancels, you’re entitled to a full refund from them. Valuaire tracks it until you confirm it arrived, and helps if it doesn’t.

Who are the operators?

Licensed charter operators. Before an operator can list a flight, we check their air operator certificate (AOC).

Can I get an alert for my route?

Yes. Save a route and dates in the app, and you get a notification when a matching empty leg is listed. For a flight you saved, you also hear when its price drops by 10 % or more.
